The Daytona International Speedway Bike Show held on Thursday, March 9, 2006 was a big success. Approximately 4800 spectators came through the gates and there was 67  custom eye candy machines to view.  There were twelve classes for the bikes and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies were awarded along with Cash prizes.

International Press Core along with Speed Vision and other TV  shows were present. Gina Woods of Open Road Radio was present and doing live broadcasting.  V-Twin and Hot bike Magazine were also on hand.

The President of Daytona International Speedway arrived during trophy presentation and welcomed and thanked all the bikers for coming out.  He promised that the Speedway will continue to welcome bikers in the future and with the help of the International Master Bike Builders Association the Bike shows will continue to grow.  The weather was sky blue and perfect.  The beauty and decor of the Nextel Fan Zone area where the bike show was presented offered alot of photo opportunities whereas when most bike shows finish their trophy presentations the crowds and bikes disappear. not so this time. builders took advantage of the scenery and set up photo shoots .

Photos of the bikes and the event will be posted this week. along with the list of winners.
